District 1 consists of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Western Canada (Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and the Yukon Territory) and North Asia (Japan and Taiwan). Each of these has an appointed ARBA Representative who you may contact to help you with questions you might have that are specific to that region. Our District Director is Arlyse DeLoyola. Arlyse, along with her husband and well-loved ARBA judge - Ted, has many years of experience as an accomplished breeder of Rex and Satins. In addition, Arlyse also serves as secretary-treasurer for the National Rex Rabbit Club. Charlcie Fowler serves as Webmaster for the District 1 website and welcomes the submission of news items, show results, and photos. We are all here to hear your ideas, celebrate your achievements and help you in any way we can.

Many of our District 1 members travel extensively in order to exhibit their quality rabbits and cavies. This area boasts some of the the most superlative local shows in the nation, providing a myriad of opportunities for breeders, both experienced and new, to exhibit locally within their state and district.
